Delivery Policy

(1) General information:

Please be advised that the official business days in the Swisswellness Dive Resort from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and public holidays its holidays for all employees of Swisswellness Dive Resort and shipping companies

Our first mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience, so we have made it easier for you to make your shipment easier because your convenience is our priority

Swisswellness Dive Resort mainly delivers your services through a third party to ensure the timely shipping of your service.

The method of delivery at Swisswellness Dive Resort is to deliver upon arrival, allowing you to choose the right time for you to have at any time during the day, week, or even during the month.

In the case of urgent services, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to help you.

We will ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the service to the registered address, and we consider the signature of anyone at the address as a receipt of the service.

If there is no one at the registered address to receive your service, we will ask you to contact our customer service to agree on another delivery time. The company is not able to attempt delivery more than twice. The company is not responsible for any service exceeding 7 days of the first delivery attempt.

(2) Availability:

Available Services are fulfilled immediately or according to an agreement.

Custom-made Services are fulfilled according to individual production time stated on the product description page.

Delivery cost is either calculated at check-out depending on the product and the delivery address or quoted after service for special services and included on your service’s final balance.

(3) Delivery Time:

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your service is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of service. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your service.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your service within 2 business days of the date of your purchase or according to agreement. Business days mean Sunday to Saturday, except holidays.
